      • All transactions are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
      • We do not store or process credit card information directly.
   2. Use of Gems
      • Gems have no real-world monetary value, and may not be sold, traded, or exchanged outside the Site.
      • Gems can only be used within ReadRift.net to unlock available content.
      • We reserve the right to modify the pricing of chapters, bundles, or other services at any time without prior notice.
      • Gems received through events or promotions are also non-refundable and may expire.
   3. No Refunds
      • By purchasing Gems, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
      • Refunds will not be issued for unused Gems, mistaken purchases, or account bans due to violation of our policies.
      • Disputing a valid transaction may result in account suspension.
4. Paid Content Access

• Some chapters or features are available only through Coin-based access.
• Once a chapter is unlocked using Gems, it is tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
• We reserve the right to:
  • Modify or remove content,
  • Adjust unlock pricing,
  • Reclassify chapters (e.g., from free to paid or vice versa),
  • Temporarily or permanently restrict access, without compensation.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, automation, or scraping tools on the Site;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with our systems;
• Post or link to illegal, hateful, pornographic, or abusive content;
• Impersonate others, harass users or staff, or violate any applicable laws;
• Exploit bugs, systems, or purchase mechanics for unfair gain.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your account without refund or notice.

6. Intellectual Property

• The original source works belong to their respective authors or copyright holders.
• Translations hosted on ReadRift.net are created by fans for non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise credited.
